Our simple stone house, which dates to the end of the 17th century, is in the centre of Civitella Marittima, an historic village located on a hilltop between Siena and Grosseto. 

Our rooms have been restored in typical Tuscan style: ceilings with old beams, terracotta floors and antique furniture. From the little garden, where breakfast can be served, there is a wonderful view of the Monte Amiata and the hills that slope down towards the Maremma.

We have 4 rooms, each with its own bathroom, at the following prices :

-HIGH SEASON- (August-Chistmas and New Year-Easter)

1 night :

-Double Room  € 90,00---Single Room  € 65,00 italian breakfast included.

From 2 nights on : Double Room € 85,00 ---Single Room  € 60,00  italian breakfast included.

-LOW SEASON-

1 night : Double Room € 80,00 ---Single Room € 60,00  italian breakfast included.

From 2 nights on : Double Room  € 75,00--Single Room  € 55,00 italian breakfast included.

-BREAKFAST-

We offer the classic italian breakfast: bread, butter, marmelade,  croissant , yogurt, orange juice, milk, italian coffe, tea.

 Salty breakfast on request is possible at € 12,00 per person of extra charge . It is necessary to reserve it on booking .
